Summary

Magic Window is an augmented reality choreographic piece created for the renovation of the Aula des Cèdres in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Using a mobile phone or tablet, visitors see the Aula des Cèdres in real time while virtual dancers appear within the space and unfold throughout the site.

For this piece, Artanim created 3D bodies of the dancers using body scanning technology and performed the motion capture and animation of the virtual dancers.
